New year, new goals, new dreams.

Happy New year everyone!!!

Oh my goodness, what a crazy, crazy year it has been! From operations, new babies, new jobs, new friends and the start of my blog! Wow. If I would have known all this was going to happen, I would have been so over whelmed! Every year, I tend to make new year resolutions and convince myself that I will stick to them, but I never do! I always make excuses up! However this year! I will blog about my resolutions and hopefully we can all support eachother to stick to them! Instead of going crazyyyyy with a huge list, I have decided to chose six main points that I would like to work towards!

1. First on my list is health. I have suffered with my weight since I was little. I have never been skinny or happy with my body! I'm always pulling at my clothes and hiding my lumps and bumps. It's soooo anoying not feeling nice in your own skin! No matter how many people tell me that I look fine, It is me that needs to feel good about myslf not them! I am now the lightest I have ever been but I would like to start eating more healthy and working out more! I am going to stick to a healthy eating regime and try to work out at least three times a week. I would love to be able to jog the race for life in July this year. Watch this space...

2. I HAVE to stop worrying so much. I worry and overthink things every minute of the day. Worrying about what happens if.... It is not healthy and I am going to try my best to get over this. I even think out events in my head! This leads to my next resolution...

3. By the end of this year, I am hopefully not going to be taking any more anti-depressants and anxiety tablets. I have sufferent from depression from the age of 14. I have tried so many tablets/therepys etc but nothing seems to work. I have recently changed tablets and they are working amazing! However I would like to be happy without the help of medicines. This is a big resolution but I will try and work towards it the best i can.

4. Books! I absolutely loveeee reading!! It relaxes me so much! I have neglected reading this year and Im pretty sad about it. So I would like to be able to read 1 book a month. This is most definitly achievable as I go through books like I dont know!

5. I love my holidays. I love being away from home with people I love and exploring new places on earth! This year I would like to go to at least three counties abroad!

6. I need a hugeeeee sort out of my bedroom. I want it to look really clean and chic! I need to put all sorts on ebay, donate to charity shops etc because I literally have so many items that i don't wear/use!

And.... There you have it! My six 2014 new years resolutions. I will try my best to work towards each one and hopefully be able to do an update once a month on them!
Do you have any new years resolutions? I would LOVE to hear what they are!
