dark, gothic nails.

Hi guys!
Once again I couldn't resist and painted my nails a new colour!
I seen the cutest combo nail polish over at Miss L J Beauty and so wanted to try it! However I just didn't have the right base colour!
My boyfriend is taking me to this super cool restaurant that is basically set out like a pirate ship. So i thought what perfect way to do my nails!

Now, lately, I have been loving the bright/pale look with a pop of sparkle! So the look I went for tonight, is completely different!

I started off with a coat of Sally Hansen-Maximum Growth. I have been putting this on a lot lately as my nails are quite weak and flaky due to weeks of shallac! I find its really working and love my nail length at the moment!

I then put a coat of Nails Inc. in 'Victoria' on my ring fingers. This needed two coats to create a nice even colour.
On my other fingers, I applied one coat of Barry M in 'black multi glitter 333'.
Usually to help with long lasting wear, I apply a top coat, however I didn't want my nails to be too shiny! I wish I had a matt top coat but Ill have to purchase that the next time I go shopping!

 Here is my finished look!

Have you created any nail looks recently?
I'd love to see! Leave me a link in the comments!!
